Thank you for buying one of our products. As a newly started company, your experience means everything to us. Therefore we are sorry if you came here because you had a problem with one of our apps. If a bug or two survived the Apple review, it will be neutralized as soon as we hear from you. Please send us an email with your experiences, and what type of device and iOS version you are using. We know that it is hard to make up for an unsuccessful experience but we hope for your undstanding, and will compensate with promo codes for one of our other apps.

4 tips for a great app experience:

1) Have you updated your device recently? All our apps are tested for iOS5 and up.
2) Free up memory by double tap the home button and quit programs that you don't use.
3) Close unused safari browsing tabs is a quick way to get some extra speed.
4) Both iPhones and iPads loves a restart once in a while.
